FLANNEL LINED WOOL BUTTON DOWN SHIRT

I started with the long tailed shirt (returned it), and realized that it was too long for my taste. Also the unlined long tailed shirts are a little scratchy so if you don't plan on wearing a base layer, you may find the unlined shirts mildly scratchy (as I should have known). I'd highly recommend the lined version. The lined version is a very nice shirt and imo the wool material is thicker than the standard unlined shirt (I don't know for a fact but the wool feels thicker and not just because of the lining). Go down one size because the LINED shirts are oversized - don't be like me and think you'll be able to deal with it. The acorn color does not look like the picture, as it's a bit darker than shown, but still a very nice color. I returned it because it was too large and they didn't have acorn it in my size. All in all, 4 stars because I wish the pockets were bigger, but it's excellent quality material and craftsmanship - this shirt is a definitely a keeper! P.S. the customer service is 5 stars as they handled my returns as well as could be asked!!!

Fantastically *handmade in the USA* product. An amazing piece of gear that is built well enough to outlast me and be handed down. I ordered a medium (I'm 6'/150#) but was much too large. A small fit perfectly and still allows for a layer underneath.

Purchased a couple of wool shirts and some flannels as well....all excellent quality and fit. Highly recommend!
