Policies

To ensure quality and ongoing customer satisfaction, each Johnson Woolen Mill (JWM) product goes through a series rigorous testing phases before, during and after it is hand-crafted in our Johnson, Vermont facility. It doesn’t happen very often, but sometimes a customer wants to return a (JWM) product and we are always dedicated to helping our customers. Return – Refund/Store Credit

Return for refunds must be completed within 30 days from date receipt. Returns for refund must be accompanied by the original invoice and packing slip or verifiable receipt date. We would also require a reason for the return, as this can help serve our customers better in the future. Returns for refund must be in sellable and original condition: items that have been used, worn, altered or do not have the original price tag will not be accepted and a refund will not be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon inspection, you will notified via email of your refund. Please allow two to four weeks for your credit or refund to arrive. No Exchange or Refunds On Any Fabric by the yard.

Return – Exchanges

Exchanges must be completed within 30 days from date receipt. To exchange a product from JWM you must have the original invoice and packing slip or verifiable receipt date. The returned item must be in sellable and original condition: items that have been used, worn, altered or do not have the original price tag will not be accepted and the exchange will not be honored. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please allow two to four weeks for your exchanged product to arrive. No Exchange or Refunds On Any Fabric by the yard.

Retail Dealers

If you purchased your Johnson Woolen Mill products from one of our many retailers through out North America and Europe, the individual store’s return and exchange policies will apply.
