I'm 6' 2" 210 with fairly long arms and 34-35 waist. I usually wear a Large Tall or XL Tall (when available) but this jacket in XL fits great. Arms length is good and overall length is long enough. If I was going to sit a lot I'd like an extra inch or two on the bottom but for being on the move it's a great length, which is what it's designed for. First piece of Johnson wool clothing but won't be my last.

This is a great fitting jacket. The lightweight wool is perfect for hunting on the move and can layer up to sit as well. I am 5’8” 175 and bought the size large. Perfect fit.

Got this jacket as a gift. Very comfortable and great quality. The packets and design of the jacket are amazing. I am 6' 175 lbs i got a large jacket, if you plan on using the game pouch you might want to size up. The one time I wore the jacket hunting using the game pouch its gets extremely tight around the waist and makes it hard to zipper then squeezes around the waist and lower stomach area. I don't carry much into the woods. overall this is a great jacket and I would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered my 1842 Jac shirt on Sunday and had it Tuesday morning.
The quality and design were exactly what I was hoping for.
I ordered a size large based on the model in the picture being 6’1” and 200 lbs.
I am 5’7” and 185. With a tee shirt, and a long sleeve Henley tee on, I tried on the jacket and it was tight.
This is approximately what I would be wearing into the woods under the Jac shirt.
I have sent it back and I’m waiting for the XL to come to my house.
My waist size is 34 and I usually wear a XL tee shirt as I don’t want a skin tight fit.
I hope this helps anyone who is guessing about which size to get.
I would definitely recommend getting one of these 1842 Jac Shirts!
