Return & Exchange Policies

To ensure quality and ongoing customer satisfaction, each Johnson Woolen Mill (JWM) product goes through a series rigorous testing phases before, during and after it is hand-crafted in our Johnson, Vermont facility. It doesn’t happen very often, but sometimes a customer wants to return a (JWM) product and we are always dedicated to helping our customers. Please read our return and exchange policies below. Return – Refund/Store Credit

Return for refunds must be accomplished within 2 weeks from date receipt. Returns for refund must be accompanied by the original invoice and packing slip or verifiable receipt date. We would also require a reason for the return, as this can help serve our customers better in the future. Returns for refund must be in sellable and original condition: items that have been used, worn, or do not have the original price tag will not be accepted and a refund will not be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon inspection, you will notified via email of your refund. Please allow two to four weeks for your credit or refund to arrive. Return – Exchanges

Exchanges must be accomplished within 30 days from date receipt. To exchange a product from JWM you must have the original invoice and packing slip or verifiable receipt date. The returned item must be in sellable and original condition: items that have been used, worn, or do not have the original price tag will not be accepted and the exchange will not be honored.
